Set 7 km from Plitvice Lakes National Park, 16 Lakes Hotel offers modernly equipped rooms and suites in Grabovac. Guests can relax at the sun terrace by the outdoor pool. The room was extremely spacious, including a large terrace, so for 4 people we felt extremely comfortable. The beds were excellent too. We ate twice in the restaurant and both the service and the food were outstanding. We reserved the Spa/Jacuzzi area for 2 hours, but the jacuzzi was not hot enough for us to enjoy it and the sauna was too hot. We also had massages which were very relaxing (50eur for 1h). The location is perfect for access to the park Entrance 1. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain the different routes to take in the park and where to eat. The best place we stayed on our whole trip to Croatia (and best deal).

I really recommend this place, we stayed 4 nights and would like to return someday! Super close to the bus stop and the lakes entrance 1. Everything is comfortable, the shower is super spacey. The house woman was a wonderful lady- so hospitable, so smile and soo good cook. She helps us with the best route for the Plitvichki lakes, then we had amazing dinner- we had very big portions and so delicious..we had also home made rakia - so good and light. We felt like at home. And this great lady even gave me a little bottle as a present and seeds for blitva ( something i liked at the dinner). The house is very nice and clean and it us only 3km from entrance 2 for Plitvichki lakes. If i go again there, i will stay again there surely. You are great :)
