We were having some trouble getting there because of our transportation but the receptionist was very nice and helped us make sure we were able to get to our room even though we arrived very late. A security guard guided us to our room and he was very helpful. The breakfast was standard but it was good. We were satisfied with it because certain things about the breakfast would change. So it was very good. Dinner was different everyday even though there weren't many options it was still nice it was different. The view we had from the bar was amazing as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They suggested places we should visit. Shout out to Natalia (hopefully I spelled it right) the general atmosphere was very relaxed and welcoming. The beaches were clean and very close to the apartments. The beaches were quite rocky though but it didn't spoil the experience. There are pine trees everywhere and they provide a good amount of shade so you're not in the sun all the time. All in all the vibe of the resort was very relaxed and the people of the city were very nice. We have very nice conversations with them. The apartment was nice and clean. It was definitely big enough for both of us. Everything you needed was there even if you wanted to cook for yourself. Overall the experience was great and we enjoyed our time there. It's definitely a place I want to after they have finished the construction. I see their plan and I'm excited about it. S/N: You can actually bring your car thanks to the ferry. Amazing experience by the way.

Lijep i uredan apartman, za dvije osobe i vise nego prostran. Opremljen svime sto je potrebno. Jednostavan dogovor s domaćinima oko svega. Prekrasno mjesto na koje se svakako planiramo vratiti :)

Location is perfect, a few paces from Jaz beach. Penthouse apartment very spacious, clean and well equipped. Nice big towels. Great balcony with amazing view. Good AC. Maria delightful and helpful. Great communication. Easy walk from ferry. Quiet but close to cafes, restaurants etc. Perfect for us

Beautiful apartment in a stunning location, two minutes walk from Preko village. Sara was really helpful. Great BBQ area. Close to sea, restaurants, bars and supermarket. About a 10-minute walk from the ferry terminal. We walked with our cases from there to the apartment and found it easily following directions from the host. Fantastic views.

Jednostavan postupak prijave i odjave iz vile, vlasnici su iznimno ljubazni i pristupačni. Kada smo na dan odlaska ostali "zatočeni" na otoku jer trajekt nije mogao pristat u luku zbog vjetra, bili su nam spremni odmah pomoći. Vila je na nekoliko koraka od obale, dućana, restorana i svega potrebnog. Vrlo je bogato opremljena, čista i uredna! Sve pohvale.

Very good location, super nice houst, apartment very spacious

The location was super, 1 house back from the seafront and a short walk to Tommy supermarket.

Lokacija jako blizu plaze, Apartman je jako uredan i cist i sve je kao i opisano, Grill u Boravku koji je klimatiziran je odlican za pripremanje raznih obroka kao i prakticna kuhinja.

A really big apartment in which you will find everything you need. Large shaded terrace with sea view. Shops with basic groceries 10 minutes walk. The hosts are nice and attentive. The olive oil produced by them is excellent. The beach by the house is ample for refreshment. For a longer stay it is better to visit other beaches on the island. I can highly recommend this accommodation.

Sviđa mi se vanjski bazen, ambijent, uređena okućnica s unutarnje strane dvorišta. Pogled na grad. Ugodna i susretljiva vlasnica.

Both the property and the location are simply amazing! First we planned to travel frequently to the “main” land or other islands, but then felt so comfortable and in peace, that spent most of days by the villa, enjoining the nearest beaches, the pool and gorgeous view on the sunsets. Property is very well maintained, has everything you need even for the longer stay, and was spotlessly clean. The contact with the owner was great, we got a number of useful tips of what to do and where to go.

The view and location of the apartment were amazing. We lived directly across the sea. There are not many restaurant in Kali itself, and we had to drive to Preko for the supermarket, pharmacy, and more variety of restaurants. However, it was so empty and quiet in Kali itself that we did not care to go for a drive everyday. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean. We had two air conditioners, a big fridge, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and so on. There is also a big parking place in front of the door, a bistro for drinks and lunch, and we spend most our days at the beach in front of the apartment. The hosts were lovely and informed us about things we could do here. They also organised a boat trip, which was our highlight.
